We''ve purchased various brands of shipping thermal labels in the past and have never had ones that were so poor in quality as these. They look very grainy and are hard for the bar code scanner to scan for USPS shipping, basically this makes them unusable. I would be willing to consider it possibly being the machine but since it started once we used these labels its quite clear its not the machine (especially since its thermal and not ink based)

We''ve sent a return request to the company and we''ll see how well they do customer service, I hope its better than the product but I''m not holding my breath.

Good labels wrote a review from wrong person at first on these claiming these were bad but in fact these were the good ones. And for those who say say they don''t work not sure what they are talking about this guy does sell good ones maybe your printer settings need to be adjusted darker or something.
