One printer worked as promised out of the box the other would not print till i wnet to the manual

had to reset the printer by pressing the green button and turning it on the same moment

it reset the printer and now every thing is good to go

what i do not like is the wastage of one label every time the printer is turned on

otherwise would have given 5 points
