I gave this stapler to an elderly lady that volunteers at my work. It was difficult for her to keep pushing on the regular stapler. I would suggest anyone buy a push button stapler if you suffer from arthritis or you have a lot of stapling to do! the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the stapler is a bit loud, but it gets the job done. I own a PaperPro Desktop EcoStapler for my home office and have had excellent service with the product. It staples effortlessly and rarely binds or misfires even thick packs of paper does not seem to create a problem. I purchased another one from Amazon for my office at work. I would not trade it for any other type of staplers on the market. I rated this five star because of its durability and ease of operation.
