I had made many phone calls to HP and other links that they gave me to try. Their websites were impossible but I did manage to get the part number. It took me no time at all to find it on amazon and buy it. The drawer came fast and don''t have much problem with it. The screen tells me there is a paper jam when the paper tray gets too low. It Genuine Canon, expensive and good. I use third party ink for the other printers, but keep this one with Canon ink, just to be safe.
