I got these printers to replace those being used on my dad''s POS system. They are really fast and quiet, and setup was easy. They came with the CDs which provided the necessary drivers and management software. They provide USB and parallel options, and are still fast on the parallel port. No cartridges needed since they are thermal, reducing the cost of ownership. The automatic paper cutter is definitely a plus too! Great buy!

Our office purchased this printer to replace an old one. We did have some problems with the installation, but that was our fault. We plugged it in to the old cable that connected to the computer but did not uninstall the old printer first on the computer. Our mistake. Once we uninstalled the old printer and reloaded the new driver, everything worked fine. It prints at lightning fast speed and even cuts the receipt for you! Our staff is amazed!
