I recieved a brand new not refurbished laser printer cartridge for my lexmark printer through my Amazon purchase and was very pleased with the customer service response I received when I contacted the seller directly and asked them if they could expedite that order for me and just add the charges to my bill. They were very helpful in finding and shipping me a brand new cartridge for my 13 year old laser printer. I will do business with them again and with Amazon as well.
