This paper makes excellent prints with great color and tonal range. It''s weight and smooth, slightly glossy surface are very similar to traditional quality silver-based photo papers. I use if for exhibition and fine art printing and buyers like the look, too. This paper is quite thick and works best in printers with manual feed. Compared to similar bartya photo papers, this Ilford Gold Fibre Silk is also quite a bit less expensive.

A profile for this paper is available from Ilford for my Epson 3880 printer and it works very well. This paper is heavy, with a very attractive surface, and it is particularly good to print black and white photos. It is not cheap but I find it hard to print on anything else this days.
