This 50 pack comes with a free 1096 form and only one form 1096. There are no envelopes included in this order so if you need additional form 1096 forms look to other packs on Amazon that include up to 3 form 1096''s and envelopes in matching quantity. My 1099''s printed fine with Quickbooks but the "free" form 1096 was off on alignment.

I wouldn''t go through year end without these forms. Seems strange that we are still forced to use them with all the technology available out there, but as long as SS still requires the "red" copy, these are the forms I use year after year.
