I received the printer in 3 parts and it was easy to figure out how to fix it up and the drivers i downloaded from internet and there it goes it runs fine and is pretty fast and is also appreciated by many. It looks rugged and it is heavy duty too. The cartridge prints around 21000 pgs and that''s so incredible. I am so far happy with my purchase and i will recommend it to others too. Four stars because the functions are a bit typical and one has to go in the menu to do any changes(like selection of tray etc.) and can''t do it from the computer. i like it overall.
