This product is supposed to be remanufactured ink cartrigdes, but when I put it in my printer, the printer does not read the cartridge and the ink does not come out and the printer still asking to replace the cartridge.

If you were expecting a genuine HP retail ink cartridge, as I was, based on the image and description, you may be disappointed. I got a LD-REMANHP4909 remanufactured cartridge. As a result my HP printer will not monitor the ink levels.

Ink levels don''t work with these cartridges and I thought according to the picture & description that I was buying new. Don''t have the time to worry about or pursue, but be aware. I can find the refills from other sources cheaper than I paid here, and if I want a refill will follow that route in the future. Buyer beware
