This item says nothing about being a recycled cartridge but the box it come in says that it is. Very misleading, I may have missed it but I see no where in the descrition where it mentions being a recycled cartridge, pretty shady business. Only reason I gave it two stars is it seems to be printing fine although the printer still says the cartridge is almost out of ink so we''ll see.

I ordered these cartridges as a favor for a friend, who is now experiencing flooding of black ink over about half of each page she prints. It''s too awkward and expensive to return the cartridges to amazon for only 50% refund, so we are stuck.

ink just didnt last thought id be able to print more than 10 copies before ran out of ink. next timne ill spend the mone for a new cartridge .

well , this product has a great price and delivery was fast .

i knew that it was refurbished or remanufactured but my printer is 5 years old and i decided to take a chance .

first when they arrived i found that both had the wrong color guard on the cartridge .

the black ink cartridge had a blue guard and the color ink cartridge had a black guard .

this made every thing confusing because DELL uses the color blue to let you know that this is the color cartridge .

i ran the dell print test and all the color grids passed and all the color was dry with no leaks or smears .

so far my only complaint is the LOW INK ALERT , my DELL printer has not recognized these remanufactured cartridges .

every time i check my ink level it still shows LOW ink from the old cartridges .
