Not much to review. If you have the printer, and the printer tells you to replace the waste toner, you have to replace the waste toner bucket. You can go a long time after the printer starts telling you to replace the waste toner. But the printer will STOP when the waste toner is full. I tried to trick it by pulling it out and looking for a reset, but it must have some sensor for when it''s full. So our printer was out of commision for a few days.

Why review a waste toner pack? Good question. On the plus side, it''s very well made for a $25 product. On the minus side, I didn''t get very many pages on my factory-installed waste toner pack in my new Brother MFC laser printer. They''re supposely good for 20,000 copies I think. I got maybe 2,000 tops. Jury''s still out. But quality-wise, this thing seems well worth the money.

So I was getting multicolored spots periodically down on side of page. The spots were in a regular pattern. Tried everything including replacing the toner and drum (it was past due anyway). Turns out the waster toner pack was jammed!! So it wasn''t full... just jammed on one side with a ton of toner stuck against the metal roller. I tried to unjam and made such a mess, I gave up. So if you have non-horizontal line problems or vertical streaks, shine a flashlight on your belt. If its got lots of toner on it, it might be that the waste toner foam roller isn''t wiping it off fully. Lift up the belt, and see if waste toner is jammed. I only printed 18k pages before this started happening. For only $22 it''s the cheapest part on my 4070cdw.

I bought this paper thinking it was printable on two sides. This is true, but you can only print photos on one side. The other side is OK for text and colored graphics, but the photos look terrible. On the bright white side the photos come out looking great. I like using this paper for the cards I make on the computer. I will continue buying it for this purpose.

I had a hard time finding the HR-101, so I bought HP''s Premiere Choice Paper (98 brightness) and it did not come close to the quality of the HR-101. After searching some more, I finally found it on Amazon.

I last used Canon''s HR-101 for the front jewel case insert on some CD''s that I produced and it looks great!

I''ll use it many more times if I can still find it.....

I haven''t found any other paper that comes even close to producing really good resolution in pictures on regular weight paper. I write to my nephew who is deployed, as well as another relative in the Peace Corps...I insert the pictures in a word document, so that the letters they receive always have a sprinkling of various pictures throughout.

okay, so I bought this paper to produce tri-fold brochures. I will agree with the other reviewer that it prints beautifully. BUT as soon as you try to fold it, it cracks and the top glossy layer of paper peels away like a bad sunburn. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS PAPER AGAIN. I have tried it in every possible direction in my printer but it is just very poorly scored. Do yourself a favor buy regular glossy paper for one third the cost and fold it yourself I guarantee it will work better.

I like the glossiness of the paper and the way the brochures look prior to being folded. All that flew right out the window when I tried to fold them into brochures. The scoring is not the best idea. When I tried folding one way, I wound up with ripped edges. When I tried folding the other way, I wound up with the middle of the brochure being too wide and not presenting correctly. In my opinion, there should not be any scoring at all. Would have been better if there were indentations in the paper without the actual scoring. The scoring causes the paper to tear too easily. I ended up wasting over half the box. The only reason the other half wasn''t wasted was because I took extra time to fold each individual brochure in a completely different place than where it was originally scored. Waste of time, ink and money!! Will NOT purchase again!

We have been using the HP 48lb trifold glossy brochure paper for a number of years to promote our church and preschool. Assuming a good quality inkjet printer is used, the finished product looks professional. Some reviews indicate a change in the paper and issues with folding. We have not had this problem. Although the box the paper comes in changed about a year ago (the new box falls appart easily) the paper has not significantly changed. The paper is still made in Germany. Keep in mind that the paper is designed to fold in one direction, away from the scored side, so be careful which way you load the paper

I have been using the HP glossy TRIFOLD BROCHURE PAPER for inkjets for years. It was brilliant white, nice texture, clean, sharp folds and printed beautifully on fast-normal. It also matched my glossy business cards, perfectly. I just purchased a new box (which in itself was falling apart)that is now black with a gray illustration for "Zuccotto" on the front. The paper has a squeeky, gritty, sticky feel, the folds crack and are not clean but broken folds. The color is closer to an off-white. I am so disgusted with this that I am going to take it into every office supply store and show them the difference. If you buy it, look for the old blue box with an image of a green tri-fold brochure for "Lending Service" on the front. How can a company do this!!! If you have never used the HP tri-fold you may be impressed but, believe me when I say that it is a grossly inferior product compared to what they were producing within the past year.

The quality of the print and color on this paper is pretty good. The paper separates and falls apart upon 1 or for sure 2 folds. I bought the paper for the purpose of separating each sheet panel and getting 3 separate panels from each sheet so it worked O.K. for my purpose. If I had bought the paper for a true 3 fold brochure, I would have been extremely upset and would probably have returned the item. DO NOT buy this product for printing a brochure.

I bought this printer to replace my 14 year old Hp LJ 4MP. I assumed the CP1215 would be capable of doing the same things my old one did and more in color.

My immediate need was to print out baby shower invites. The card stock was within the limits of HP''s recommendations, no thicker than a 4x6 card. The printer would print 1 invite, then error out with "misprint". After 20 minutes of making sure I removed all the tabs and protectors that HP ships with and making sure this model supported 4x6 card stock, I found a way to get the rest of my stock printed. I had to press the resume button, causing it to reinitialize the warm-up sequence and then print. Took 30 minutes to do 30 invites.

This printer seems fine to print every day stuff. But if you print specialty paper, size and type, be aware it might not handle the paper well.

We have two computers, a PC and a Mac laptop. For the price, this seemed like a great option since we wanted a color laser printer. Be aware that this printer is NOT Mac compatible. HP does not supply a Mac driver, nor is one readily available on the web.

Wow, Amazon is selling this at a great low price and I am very happy with what I got. This printer is my first laser and color to boot and is very impressive in terms of the quality of graphics and text output. The printer comes with enough ink to print out 750 pages at normal mode printing. Then the cartridges are spendy but will have enough ink for 1400 pages for full cartridges (2200 pages for the black cartridge). There are 4 cartridges required for the printer, each costs around $65 each.

I think this will be far cheaper than ink printers when taking a long term view. One neat feature is the printer software is well designed and shows you exactly how many pages each cartridge has left remaining before the ink is depleted.

Very quiet when printing and the quality is great, however the printer itself is quite hefty and surprised me at how big a footprint it turned out to have. Make sure you have a big space for this printer. Also, the printer occasionally makes a noise like it is resetting or something, not unpleasant or anything but keep in mind its not totally silent all the time when not working.

I bought this model 3 weeks ago and have been forced to give up on it. It paper jams at a 60% plus rate, and nothing I''ve tried has been able to resolve the problem. Different paper; same result. Calibrations; No difference. Adjust paper slides; No go. I will say that when it does print without jamming the quality is beautiful. Unfortunately, the jamming occurs so often as to render it non-functional. I don''t know whether mine was a lone lemon, or whether the problem extends to the entire model range. Regardless, I''m disappointed.
