Product has come promptly both times I have ordered it. Although leakage is always a possibility with shipped ink, I have never had a problem with these. Quality of ink and operation of chip has been good on all I have purchased so far. Happy with product, service, and price.

ink had leaked in bag of one cartridge....2 other ones did not work....not happy with product at all....guess u get what u pay for in regards to quality...never problems with ink cartridges being recognized before with other ink cartridges....cartridges not all filled up to top of cartridges....
