Once you figure out the software its nice. I gave it 4 stars because the rolls unroll themselves while on the rollers and the software instructions suck. The company did call me and help me figure it out. The cutter itself is friggin great! It cuts a 1/16th inch circle easily and the accuracy is outstanding. I have made a lot of shirt and vehicle decals so far and recommend if you get one to get two knive holders. When you switch between shirt vinyl and truck vinyl you have to adjust the blade every time. That or I just havent found the sweet spot yet.
