The trays I ordered were brand new units in HP packing and arrived very quickly. Both worked great right out of the box. We needed replacements for the two that no longer pulled paper through them. The printer they were purchased for is 6 years old, and averages 20,000 pagers per month using heavier cardstock paper (in a billing department). The last pair lasted this long, I bet I can go another 6 years now...
