My wife needed a paper tray for a Canon photo printer we bought on E-Bay, so we came to Amazon to find it (since we trust Amazon above any other online store).

She looked at the picture and saw that it was the one that we needed, but it turns out that the picture shows a postcard-sized tray, when the listing was actually for the card sized tray. So, we ordered what we thought was a postcard-sized tray, but received the card sized tray (which is much smaller than the postcard-sized tray). Since the listing was right but the picture is wrong, we cannot return it for the one we need (since a replacement will be based on the listing, not the picture), so we are stuck with an unusable product.
