BUYERS..... BEWARE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!! The ribbon won''t advance, causing printing to be out of ink. We had to manually advance the ribbon in order to print. This problem happens to the entire box of ribbons (all 6 of them). We wasted lots of labels because of this problem. Contacted seller who refused to give us credit or refund

For what is worth, my recommendation is to pay a little more next time and buy a better quality product from ANOTHER seller
