Wow. Incredible little printer. I was a little concerned about the DPI but the photos it produces look like film quality and there are absolutely no discernable pixels. Color is fantastic. Like everyone else mentions, beware of what paper you buy. Sony Photo Printer Paper 120 sheets (SVM-F120P/2) works. Note no paper or ink comes with the printer so you have to buy printer paper. Bought it for the kids who love watching the process of adding one color at a time but it''s also the best quality photo printer I''ve ever seen. Of course you''re limited to 4x6 prints but instant gratification serves my needs. Easy to set up, easy to use. It comes with zoom and crop features but even if you don''t feel like messing with that, all you do is stick in your memory card, page down to the photo you want and hit the print button. Highly recommended.Read Best Reviews of Sony DPP-FP67 Picture Station Photo Printer Here
The printer is fine. But do not go for the upsale "people who bought this also bought". Among the items shown is the SVM-F75P ink and paper pack. This pack is not compatible with the DPP-FP67. I have know idea why Amazon tries to induce you to buy these 3 items together.Want Sony DPP-FP67 Picture Station Photo Printer Discount?
This little printer is extremely easy to use and almost no setup except loading the driver into your computer. It is faster then the last generation model, about 70 seconds per print. Being dye-sub type printer, it does go past the print head 4 times with the last time to apply a waterproof coat for a glossy finish. This self-contained mini-printer is loaded with features, many of which I have not even explored. I used to transfer my photos to my thumb drive, go to a supermarket to either order prints at the photofinishing counter or print from a kiosk. Now I just tweak my prints on my computer and print directly at home. The cost per print is about 30 cents and the colors are beautiful. I do have to adjust the picture size a little so the borders are even but that maybe caused by my camera? All in all, I have been very happy and satified with the Sony DPP-FP67 Picture Station Photo Printer and the paper/ribbon packs, the SVM-F120P.I am a hobbyist photographer and I used this printer for my daughter''s school dance. For 3 hours, I shot posed photos and printed as I went. At the end of the dance, the guests picked up their photos. The printer was a little slower than I had hoped for the event and I wish it could hold more paper/ink at a time. However, for the price, I was pleased.I love it that the ink comes packaged with the paper so you know exactly how much ink you will need. This made it easy to calculate my cost per print.
