I finally opened up this package from its original shipping package. Guess my mistake but I found another colored ink I had after I ordered this one. anyway as I was taking it out of the package I noticed it had a jiggling noise when you shook it. I always shake them up before I put them in. Sure enough you could hear like balls moving around in there. Right away I knew it wouldn''t work. Sure enough it only shows the pictures I printed in yellow. Waste of my money and never will get from this person again. I went because it was cheaper and the reviews were not so bad then. NEVER AGAIN.

I was having a difficult time finding printer cartridges for HP Deskjet that I have. A friend told me to try Amazon which I did. There were plenty to choose from so I opted for a "used" version. Unopened package but past date of use, too. It did not work at all. So I am out the money for the ink as well as the shipping.

I peeled off the label, and it did say "HP 17". But I printed out a couple of color photos and they had a bunch of lines in them. That never happened with the original HP cartridges I used to get... that I can''t find anymore. So I think I wasted my money on these cartridges and have to buy a new printer.

After only printing a few documents, my ink is already not working! It seems to not be able to print browns and such correctly. I will not purchase from this supplier again. From now on, I will go to an office supply store like I have in the past. I feel much more confident about their product and customer service should a problem arise.
