When I received the order, the box was severely damaged and there was no filler inside it was clattering. The paper rolls were smeared from each other and almost dark grey. When I was disappointed at the quality of the paper rolls, I realized I ordered wrong size. I was rather relieved. I requested return and sent them back. Of course I paid the shipping and got a delivery confirmation from USPS. For about 10 days after it was delivered back to the seller, I contacted the seller because I did NOT hear anything. The response was only 1 line "Let us double check and let you know soon." NO "HI" or "SORRY." I waited another week but still no response. I do not understand why it has to take so long. I provided all the info including delivery conf.

Bad quality product. Bad quality packaging. Terrible customer service.

The thermal receipt papers for my credit card terminal are pretty pricey if you purchase them at a store like Office Depot or Staples. A 6 pack will normally run about $12. So taking that into consideration, getting 50 rolls for this price is awesome and definitely contributes to keeping my overhead in-check. I''ll definitely be ordering more.
