This was the "perfect" answer to allow our newly purchased DVD/VHS Player Recorder to rest underneath the stand and allowing us to place our new 26 inch color HD/LCD TV on top of the stand. Since there wasn''t enough room to position both on the furniture we wanted to use for both,. . . .it fit the bill perfectly. The stand dimensions and its''sturdy construction allowed for easy placement of both components without any problem as these new tv''s are very light in weight. We are really glad we found this item and it now is in good use "before" the mandatory HD TV conversion.

Product was as advertised and arrived in specified time period. It works well as a riser for a flat screen TV with a satellite receiver underneath. We did add short legs in provide more ventilation for the satellite receiver. No other monitor stand fit my need as well as this one.
