I really love these sticker sheets. What makes them great is that you can stick and remove with no problem. Previously, I was using shipping labels to print and place on items like glass and plastic. When you try to remove the printed label from the glass or plastic it was really hard and you would need some windex or alcohol to try and get the residue off. With these you can place them on practically anything and they will stick. If you need to remove them they are really easy to come off with no problem. No residue behind or anything. The last project we did was making custom labels for a wine bottle. Everything was printed and placed on the bottles. At the last minute we had to change to date on the labels. Luckily they were easy to take off. I can imagine the trouble I would have gone with shipping labels. Although the shipping labels are much cheaper and are like stickers, they are more permanent on whatever you place them. These special sticker papers are more thicker and are re positionable.

This is essentially a sheet of label paper. The entire 8.5 by 11" sheet is one giant sticker with the texture of Avery''s normal shipping labels. It takes ink extremely well, and my printed projects looked crisp and sharp.

For my first project, I used Word and added photos and text boxes to create a set of six individual labels. I cut them out myself and stuck them on and they looked great on my bottles of homemade liquor.

I might prefer it if there were an edge to this paper that made it easier to peel the sticker off the backing, at least around the sides. I found that I scruffled up the corner of my labels a tiny bit when trying to unstick them from the backing, but it did smooth out easily on my project.

If you want to make custom gift labels, photo stickers, or decorate kids'' binders and things, this would be enormous fun. You could also stick the paper onto those floppy sheets of magnet they sell at office stores to make your own gifts of photo magnets or magnets drawn by kids. I''ve been wishing to find something like this for years.

I had trouble right from the start. I bought the sublimation ink and the printer and then bought this paper because it was at a good deal. After trying for a night to figure out why this paper would not print my design to the shirt I came back to Amazon.com to see if anybody had reviewed it yet because when I bought it there was no reviews. To my surprise 2 people had reviewed it as being crap and one of the guys took it to be checked by a guy that does sublimation printing and the guy told him it wasn''t sublimation paper. I should have known because it comes in a clear plastic wrap with no instructions. So, I called My Kolors the people that sell this paper and the lady that first answered the phone was polite and consiterate and said she would have her boss call me back the next day because she was in a meeting. The boss called me back in like 2 minutes and was very rude from the beginning she tried to blame it on everything except for her product which somebody else had already said they took and prooved it was not sublimation paper. She then started cursing me saying that she didn''t give a damn. I told her that was the reason she had an 88% rating and no good reviews. She once again told me she didn''t give a damn. I told her that was fine I would just give her a bad review also and she again told me she didn''t give a damn. So her it is. Save your money because this lady is not going to give it back when it doesn''t work. She''ll just get mad and tell you she don''t give a damn. I will make sure I tell everybody about My Kolors so that they don''t have the same experience that I had to have. Worse money I ever spent.

Have used these professionally in business manufacturing environment as well as currently in my home office. This is a very fast, quiet and reliable black & white laser printer. Easily networkable using a PC as a print server or using a dedicated print server directly through a router (just assign a dedicated IP address and let it rip).

Accessories are inexpensive and readily available from Amazon, eBay and other online sources. The 1300N prints almost three times as fast as my full color Xerox Phaser 6100.

I recently added a Genuine HP 250 sheet bottom feed paper tray and a Genuine HP replacement laser cartridge for less than $15.00 each.

As long as these are available, there is absolutely no need, nor benefit from purchasing a newer, more expensive model.

We have used this particular printer for several years. The print quality is pretty good and the speed is very good. I had two toners that had been opened by mistake that were unused so rather than upgrade I chose to buy this older model. These older model HP''s I think are better made than the newer ones anyway.

Purchased this laser printer (with network card) for our home, not business, in 2003. A networked laser printer makes printer sharing much easier than using Windows Print Sharing.

We''ve used it on a nearly daily basis, a couple of pages/day, and we''re still on the first toner. Printing speed is great, and we have experienced no problems with the printer. We haven''t found a need for upgrading the memory or paper tray capacity.

If you don''t need a multifunction device (fax/printer/scanner/etc), and just need good-and-fast black and white printing, a laser printer is the way to go. Inkjets are cheaper initially, but we would wear out our inkjets after only 6 months or less. This laser printer is going after 2 years, with the original toner cartridge!

Beware when the rollers melt in this printer, get prepared to buy a new one because it can''t be fixed unless by Hewlett Packard. The problem with these printers as I said before is that this product has a defect. My 540 HP printer still works after 11 years. In that printer, I have used paper that is 20 years old, stapled, and used before without any problem. If it jams, I can always pull it out without permanently damaging this printer. Unlike the 1300n, I have seen melted rollers and it is very difficult to repair without spending more money on it than I have too. But my workplace has only these printers and they are the biggest waste of money unless your employers want you not to use less paper and print less. So think about and a laser jet cartridge costs about $150.00 too. I''ll stick with the inkjet like my 540.

I''ve been a long-time HP All-In-One user & have watched their awful deterioration since the ''90s.

Their basic engine for scanning, printing etc still seems the best @ under $250 but they seem to be coasting on old R&D which has been reduced drastically in receint years.

These days they put these fine engines in boxes with cheap plastic hinges, etc and then by not offering replacement parts force you to junk otherwise working units.

Ink prices are getting stratispheric and this unit, each time you turn the printer on, seems to spit out vast quantities internally in "Head Cleaning".

In the ''old days'' you could control the frequency, if not the volume, of this "ink loss" but apparently no longer. "Just Trust HP" [the folks who tap the phones of their own Board Members] not to waste your ink dollars.

A printed Manual? Forget it! You''re directed to their web site where you find false & misleading information because the author failed to note that instructions for the touch-screen version of push-button models differ.

And when you use their handy E-Mail-For-Help function to point this out, they reply, not with correct instructions or a ''Thanks For The Heads Up'' but by telling you to use the Call Center they''ve hired in Bangladesh or somewhere.

Those folks are delightful to talk to but not for the two hours plus that it took the last time, WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION! [I eventually realized HP''s full CD was "choaking" mid-way through in my cd drive and I then just downloaded their programs from their web-site].

If you''re an Investor, selling HP short is redundant as they''re already doing it to themselves.

After a week or so of use, I could no longer connect to Wifi. After following the instructions on the support forum, I discovered that the printer had a "bad radio" and I would have to contact HP for a replacement (given the # of others that I''ve seen on the support forum with the same complaint, I can''t understand why this isn''t a recall issue, but that''s for a different soap box). I contacted HP support and was run through the same procedures I had already been through just to arrive at the same conclusion. I was then told that HP would contact me the next day so I could provide my CC # for a deposit on the replacement. 4 days later a rep called while I was in Surgery and provided a ticket # and # to call back. The call back resulted in being transferred 3 different times just to find out that I needed to call another #. Where the fun really begins is the # I was finally provided was the # I had originally called! Call me cynical, but this circular "support" scheme seems to be devised to discourage replacement. In addition, every support person I spoke with, while very cordial, were very difficult to understand d/t very thick accents.

After the 3rd round about, I was finally instructed to call a different #. At this point, I was told that my service ticket was useless and I had to provide serial/model #s, etc and repeat the troubleshooting process all over again.

JHC. Seriously? I understand that one customer to a company as large as HP really doesn''t matter, but how can they ethically conduct business in this manner?

I would discourage anyone from buying this product or any other from HP until their approach to consumer service is righted and the reliability of their products is improved significantly.

I cannot recommend this product for anyone with Mac OS X. The scanner simply does not work as it should. There is a common and well documented issue with the scanner interface in Mac OS X resetting the Source Size Field to zero. No matter what numbers you type in, for example 8.5" by 11", the size field resets and it prompts you to input new values before scanning. This problem can be avoided by not clicking on the details page but it''s on the details page where you adjust resolutions and the file name. Sometimes I want to scan black and white text documents and sometimes I want to scan pictures with archival quality i.e. scan it at a very high resolution. Neither Apple nor HP seem to have found a solution for this problem.

I cannot recommend this product as a scanner.

Printer eats ink too fast and jams paper when it doesn''t have a complaint about something else. And when it has a complaint, you cannot use it til it is ''fixed''. Needs refined. My experience is enough to make me never buy another HP product!

Great functionality, but... HP provided an online software update that crashed it 4+ months ago. We called HP support who attempted to trouble shoot and determined that a replacement was needed. This is when it got really bad (service)... HP somehow never received faxes, or scanned email receipts on multiple occasions and never replaced it. Delay after delay after delay. I would not recommend HP printers at all. The printer was on warranty and was less than 5 months old when the issues started.

We made amazon.com aware and they eventually made it right with us when HP would not.

I ordered this paper hoping that it would be a heavier paper than it turned out to be, but the overall paper quality was fine.

What I found really disappointing was the condition it arrived in. Amazon failed to place enough packing in the box to cushion the weight of the paper. As a result the ream split open its packaging and some of the paper had bent edges. Something to think about before you order paper.

Frankly I''ve come to expect better packing from Amazon and was disappointed that this happened.

I won''t know for a few weeks whether or not this cartridge has any ink in it (I just changed this color out before this cartridge arrived today). The last cartridge I received from Amazon that claimed to be in retail packaging, but was just in an envelope didn''t work. These are usually re-manufactured cartridges or factory seconds. Regardless, this is false advertising by the vendor (GO-DPS) who claimed it was in retail packaging. Buyer beware!

My review is just to say that this printer ink is probably what you''re expecting to receive. The XL is a better deal than the normal size, and works out to be cheaper over the long run. I did all the math and research on this, so you can trust me on that. This price is good unless you have a coupon somewhere -I checked Staples and all the other name brand stores. So, don''t over-research if you need HP 564 printer ink. This is a good deal.

I expect that an ink cartridge will be as described and will work when it arrives at my door. When I ordered this one, Amazon wasn''t selling directly so I bought from 3rd party seller on Amazon. The listing indicated the order would be fulfilled by Amazon so I thought it was a safe bet. Now I learned that "fulfilled by" and "sold by" do not mean the same thing when it comes to Amazon ensuring the quality of goods delivered.

The cartridge arrived and WAS NOT IN RETAIL PACKAGING and had an expiration date only a few weeks in the future. When I installed in printer, the printer rejected it as a defective.

After reading some other reviews for several Amazon 3rd party ink vendors it became apparent that it is common practice for these people to try to pawn off old/unreliable ink that has already been rejected by HP. There are countless complaints against multiple vendors that describe the same situation as I experienced old ink, removed from retail packaging. I suppose the ink cartridges are removed from retail packaging because HP had marked the packages as "Not For Resale" or something similar. Or maybe it is to make the expiration date harder to find. Or both.

At any rate, if a cartridge is shown as sold by and shipped from Amazon, you''re probably good to go. If sold by anybody else on this site beware. I had to ship the bad cartridge back. As luck would have it, Amazon resumed selling this cartridge and I replaced with a good one directly from Amazon.

Two weeks ago I needed a black cartridge and prepared to order from Amazon. The only ones available were from 3rd party sellers so I followed my own advice and bought one elsewhere. Amazon needs to do a better job of policing the vendors selling ink cartridges.

My first PG 40 lasted only 2 months, disappointing as cartridge cost was one of deciding factors in buying my Canon Pixma MP 170. $20 (Staples) was low compared to previous printer cartridge but not for two month usage. With next cartridge, I used "fast" print option and continued to use for 1-2 months after "low ink" message appeared, this one lasted 5-6 months, which is o.k. for cost. I then had one refilled at Cartridge World and it lasted only 45 days, tho I was doing somewhat more printing during that time period. Use "fast/draft" option,and ignore low print message,--just print till it''s out of ink ----and it will last much longer. I will probably buy from Amazon as cost is lower (providing you order $25 and get free S & H) and this is hard to find in my area.

I have used Canon printers for years. I recommend them to people for their low per-page costs...

Those that use THIS cartridge though, are an exception. This cartridge has an in-cartridge ink counter that tells me I''m out of ink way before I actually do run out of ink. Additionally, the counter cannot be reset, so there is no refill market on these forcing you to buy retail.

I bought an MP470 printer on 9/4/08. I put in a full black ink cartridge (PG-40)and made no more than 30-35 copies on regular paper. It shows that it needs to be replaced. I called Canon and was told that the average number of pages would be 355 for one PG-40 cartridge. I thought the cartridge might be defective but the tech support person tells me that it would show an "error" on the printer if that was the case.

I will continue to use the cartridge until it totally runs out of ink but I am very unhappy with the number of pages I was able to print.

This is a nice printer stand. I wanted one that could be rolled under my desk and this works perfectly. However, it seems a little overpriced and I never could figure out how to "snap" it together. So far, though, it hasn''t fallen apart so maybe that part of the instructions was unnecessary.

I am very happy with this stand. It is the right size for under my desk and for my HP all-in-one photo printer. It has wheels that work smoothly on my hardwood floor and rug. It''s got that shelf area for easy storage of my printing supplies. It only gave it 4 stars because I had a little hiccup when trying to assemble. Not that it is difficult but the parts could have been better aligned since I had to really struggle with one aspect of it and almost sent it back. It comes with the standard set of visual "greek/IKEA" instructions which one has to interpret too but that seems to be what you get for everything these days.

I should have read all the reviews more carefully. I figured I could easily put together something like this...No way. The directions are terrible. The product would not snap together. I tried for at least an hour. Talk about frustrating. Amazon should consider not carrying this product anymore, and I would return it if I did not need something now. I read a review where someone taped it together. I did that but it looks incredibly tacky and not like something I paid $42 for. I hardly ever right reviews, but I really had to write a warning of this product.

This cartridge is working well for me, but you don''t get a whole lot of printing out of it. I''m used to B/W laser printers where I change cartridges every several years! Here I think I''ll need a new color every month and a new B/W every two month. I think the model 41 has larger capacity than the slightly cheaper model 31. I previously tried a third party refill for this type of cartridge. Not only did the colors come out wrong but it did not communicate properly to the computer that the ink cartridge was full. I guess I''ll stick with the Canon originals. 5 stars except for VERY frustrating how limited the capacity is for the price. POSTSCRIPT FEB 2008: I WOULD CHANGE THIS REVIEW TO ONE STAR IF AMAZON WOULD LET ME. THE INK RUNS OUT SO FAST ITS BIZARRE. The price at Amazon was the best I could find at the time I was shopping for this product. I have decided that using anything other than genuine ink products made by the company that made the printer (no matter which brand) could contribute to my printers not lasting as long as I think they should! What I do like about Amazon shopping is no shipping and handling over $25 in purchases and no state tax and I do factor that in when doing my comparison shopping. What I also really like about Amazon is their fast shipping and good communication about the shipping!

I purchased this after I had a problem with other manufacturer''s compatible inks, which color quality wasn''t as great as original and ink spit on papers unevenly. I ended up buying original Canon inks, but it worth it.

I''ve been using this ink for over a year, I only buy OEM and from Amazon. I''ve never had any problem with delivery or quality of the product. I''m always satisfied with Amazon. The color is great, it dries quickly and doesn''t smear. I get high quality photos every time. I do use Kodak Premium Photo paper, it does make a difference. Don''t buy cheap photo paper.
