The replacement toner cartridge works OK, once I figured out how to install it. There were no instructions with it and I did not know how much of the strip to pull out of the cartridge. Evidently, you are supposed to pull the strip until it all comes out, even though it looks like you''re pulling out the insides of the cartridge.

i have bought this product and received install it and when did test print the print was so light compare to my old toner. Contacted Greattoner seller and they send me another one and that one had same issue. since they cannot send me good one i did prefer not to get from them another shipment. Every times i had to wait 3-4 days toner to arrive. this was completely wastage of my time. also to get refund i have to wait for 5 business day at least and even they did not give me full refund purchase price $22.74 refund giving me $17.74 .... WHAT A RIPOFF .. I would never buy from them and would not suggest anyone to buy from them

This cartridge does NOT work in the 4MP printer at all I cannot print one single sheet of paper with it, because it''s causing every sheet of paper I feed into it to jam. Never had this problem before this oversized cartridge and it''s obvious that it''s larger than anything I''ve ever used.
