I purchased 100 of these labels (5698) from Staples since I needed them in a hurry.

I bought these same labels (5697) but 250 of them from Amazon for less than the 100 at Staples.

These print great with my Samsung color laser printer, and stick to stay on the CD/DVDs using any applicator.

I use Avery Design Pro 5 to design the labels. It is a free DL from Avery.com. Do a search on their website for it.

Not much really to say other than the labels have worked out great for our purpose. We needed a lot of reasonably priced CD labels to print for our company software. We needed a specific layout of the label sheet, which these provided and we can use them on either a laser or ink jet printer.
