My primary issue is with the black ink and the response I got from the seller. The ink was not a good black. It was more of a dark plumb color. When I spoke to the seller, they responded that I should clean my printer heads, I did, but that didn''t change the fact that the ink in my printer was reddish, I sent them photos and they said, maybe if I press it, it would darken. If that was they case, I would have never contacted them to fix the situation. It is clear that they just sell the stuff and have no clue on sublimation printing. I asked if they had a different mix of ink. They responded that they didn''t. The other colors are very good.
