This printer has a nasty habit of dying from paper jams, and then giving you "CALL SERVICE" messages with no explanation. We had to pay $200 for service once because the printer erased it own firmware after a jam.

Another time we got a call service error, which would have cost us another $200 service call, but I managed to find a solution on the ''net (opening the printer, and just tapping a the side of the drum a few times).

Kyocera provides almost no useful support. We now understand why the store was so happy to sell this printer to us, they where looking forward to the after sales service revenue.
