My new HP Deskjet printer/copier/scanner is very easy to use. This is the first copier we have ever had at home, and it is so convenient to be able to copy documents right at home. I haven''t tried the scanner yet, but I sure like the copier and printer features.

One of the tech guys at work recommended this printer, so I have him to thank for suggesting it!

it just quit working. I kept getting a message that I had the wrong ink cartridge inserted, but it was the original cartridge, and had worked fine up until then. I managed to get it reset, but I got the same message again the next time I tried to use it. I gave up and replaced it.

I was pleased to find a color printer with scanner at such a low price. It is easy to use. It does scan. It copies and prints B&W very nicely. But it scans to a peculiar file type that no one I know can open. The color is awful--and I downloaded driver, replaced cartridges, ran cleaning tests etc. It does not print envelopes well and card stock defeats it. Even lightweight cards. My old printer did all of these just fine. It did not scan and its color wasn''t super just OK. But I sure wish I had it back.

Just received the printer and set it up. The install disk did not work with windows 7. Windows 7 on its own found the printer drivers and it was printing and copying within minutes of plugging it in.

I went to the hp website and easily found, downloaded and ran the install and one update and after that the scanning worked easily.

The printer is small and good looking. It does look like it would be easy to break. Also, the paper tray is very small and folds out from the printer. The printed page then comes back out on the paper in the paper tray with a small extension keeping the page from falling free. This is definitely flimsy so probably will stay folded and paper put in for printing. I think this is great for very low volume printing only. That is what I expected, it delivers what I wanted, so four stars.

Note that it does not come with the usb connection cable, so be sure to get that as well as the printer if you don''t have an extra already.

This printer is very easy to install and use. I just got it and it seems to be working just fine, I like it a lot.
