When I ordered this paper, it was damaged and also the incorrect color. I contacted the company, and was basically told it was my problem they weren''t going through the trouble of replacing the paper as it is too costly for them to do so.

I couldn''t believe their attitude, so I called and spoke with a supervisor who said the same thing. No effort, or offer to replace the paper.

I contacted Amazon and at present they are trying to resolve the matter, which I appreciate. However, buyers beware.. Don''t buy from this company. They will not replace damaged merchandise, and their customer care is totally unprofessional!

the paper was great, the color was accurate to the photo, it arrived on time, and was a lot less expensive than it would''ve been at an office supply store.

I am an accountant who uses colored copy paper such as this so clients PAY ATTENTION to what I send them. I ordered 1/2 dozen different colors. These come in colors that aren''t so intense that the copy printed on them is difficult to read, but different enough from white that they attract attention. Great product and a more reasonable price than most colored copy paper.

This was my first attempt at using an after market toner for my HP CM1017 colour laser printer. At this point the results are not good. The cartridge came in a timely fashion as usual per Amazon but the toner did not work. After inserting it the printer went through the usual process of cleaning and calibrating, but the result was the left side of the page printed the black toner fading very quickly. The printout became unreadable by the time it reached 25% of the page width.

I am trying a return for exchange. If the second one is as bad as the first I will update this review. remember caveat emptor

Amazon shipped the replacement overnight no extra charge. The replacement works just fine so there seems to be very low risk ordering this item.

Inkpress Rag, Cool Tone Double Sided, Bright White Matte Inkjet Paper, 24 mil., 300gsm, 13x19", 25 Sheets

I''ve used this stock with both the Canon Pixma iX6520 Inkjet Printer (4895B002) and the Epson WorkForce 1100 Wide-Format Color Inkjet Printer (C11CA58201). Both give great results, but the Canon does a better job with blacks, because it uses two different ink chemistries for black simultaneously.

In any case, this stock is gorgeous for art prints, and also for custom book covers. Color profiles are available, although we have not used them. In either printer, we just choose the "photo quality inkjet paper matte" or whatever setting is closest to that, and the highest resolution printing.

I''ve got several prints hanging on my wall using this paper, and they are all spectacular. Highly recommended.

Please also note, Inkpress makes a Warm Tone version of this paper. I love the samples, but have yet to find a project that will work with it. Cool Tone is perfect for our work, which is mostly photographic with some illustration, all in color.
